My journey into coding began with creating custom macros, menus, and processes for CimPack, a Computer Aided Design software by Cimex Corporation. From there, I expanded into IT and improved my skillsets further by working on vBulletin forums, then WordPress, continuously learning everything needed for web development and support. Over the years, I’ve built a reputation for not just delivering custom themes and plugins, but for resolving countless issues faced by clients and coworkers. My focus on support has led me to develop solutions that address common challenges while also anticipating unique needs. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working across a wide range of platforms and industries, offering everything from hands-on IT support and technical troubleshooting to advanced custom development. My background includes not only web development and server-side work, but also extensive experience with software installations, hardware setup, and digital tool optimization across multiple environments. I’m comfortable working in both Windows and macOS systems, and I’ve worked with a broad suite of major software platforms used in development, support, design, marketing, and operations.

In addition to my web work, I also have CAD (Computer-Aided Design) experience, which has strengthened my technical precision and ability to troubleshoot software-related issues in engineering and creative workflows. North Star Marketing: As a Developer and Support Specialist, I provided client support, staff training, and full-stack WordPress development including custom themes, plugins, and integrations. I was responsible for onboarding new employees, assisting with hardware setup, software installations, and configuring tools and accounts to ensure smooth starts. My role also included domain setup, email configuration, file permission adjustments, and troubleshooting issues at the hosting level. Additionally, I created internal documentation and support knowledgebases to streamline processes, improve team efficiency, and ensure consistency across client projects.
URLJet: Provided web hosting support and custom development for high-profile clients such as the NFL (Carolina Panthers, San Diego Chargers), NFL UK (Main Site SSO Integration), PocketGems and Zynga, leading custom development projects, including Single Sign-On (SSO) integrations and modifying responsive forum themes to enhance functionality and user experience.
HomePage Universe: Offered customer-facing support, including domain management, web hosting, and troubleshooting website issues. I also worked on custom themes and styles for both WordPress and vBulletin, developing custom code to complement each site and enhance functionality.
vBulletin Solutions: Provided technical customer support for forum setup, troubleshooting, and performance optimization, while also assisting with recovering hacked sites to ensure security and stability for users.
SemiWiki.com: Led the migration from vBulletin to XenForo, improving forum performance and user experience, while providing ongoing support for both WordPress and forum platforms.
